Whenever I travel for work, I look for places like this to buy my meals. These meals are much healthier and quicker than eating out in restaurants when traveling. Fresh Fit Meals in Urbandale is one of my favorites so far - I would say in my top two. The selection and quality are the best. Ingredients and macros are listed right on the package. I am gluten free and there were plenty of GF options. These meals were so good, I went back and took a few home with me for the rest of the week after my work trip.

Healthy meals at affordable prices. You can Grab & Go or dine in. I love the smoothies. And I prefer the Southwest Scramble for breakfast is Awesome with sriracha sauce.. the people who work there are friendly and helpful

What are you waiting for?!?! I’ve been picking up meals from Fresh Fit Meals for about 6 months now and I won’t stop anytime soon. The food is fresh, tastes amazing, and is way better than any online competitor. For $75 a week I have my dinners taken care of. No prep, no clean up, just great food. I figure I save myself at least 4 hours a week on cooking/clean up and that alone is worth the money. Aaron, Becca, and the rest of the crew are fun, inviting, and full of energy in person and with their social media posts. I’m so glad I found Fresh Fit Meals. Support local, get Fresh Fit!!! 💪💪

I'm from out of town and stopped in the shopping center for lunch , the place bad closed. But, The owner of Fresh Fit Meals was out side and offered to buy us lunch . Nice!! Incredibly generous , the food was great, no fuss tasty healthy! Will go back for sure! Thanks again for lunch!

I stumbled upon this place and was very pleased with the service the patience and the fact that what was in my HEAD for yrs appeared in a store. I travel and work all day. At the end all I have time for is a shower a meal and bed (sad sometimes I know) and now I don't have to worry anymore about trying to prep meals for myself. Add that They're 90% gluten-free meals. Has all the numbers displayed on each meal for us counting them. Very reasonable prices (a few dollars over what I typically spend a wk in groceries) but I do no prepping. They also deliver to my job site once a week so I can't lose! Thank You FRESH FIT MEALS for existing right now!!!! I'm very serious!! I've already lost 5 lbs this week. 👀 I also wanted to add that I'm around 300lbs and I absolutely love to eat! With that said, I was very apprehensive about the portions per meal and quickly got over it once i tried it.

Love the meals from here! We stopped in last week to grab meals for the whole week. Coolers were stocked, we had lots of options to choose from and the price point is right on. Not to mention the macros are pretty good and the food tastes great. We will keep coming back!

I’ve been here only a handful of times, as I was referred here by a coworker of mine. Last couple months of work have been quite busy and this location is a little out of the way so I hadn’t been in for quite some time. Gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and respectful, but also upon entering my rewards noticed it had been awhile since I had last made it in. Thanked me for stopping in and gave me a BOGO coupon for the next time I make it in. I’ve been happy with past experiences, but the unexpected kindness and welcoming attitude could not be overlooked. I will certainly be making it in more often as this is a great option for my nutrition and the people here are great.

As the name says, Fresh, Fit, Great Meals! Had the Italian Stallion, great flavored sausage, red sauce and pasta! Seasoned, but not spicy! Also had the Snack Pack. Three different cheese bites, carrots, broccoli and a great red pepper dip! Also got the Apple Pie Parfait! Great flavor made with Greek yogurt! Service was great, helped me pick my meal as a first timer. Thank You! Looking forward to going back! Allot more to try and enjoy!!

Look no further for quick healthy meals or THE BEST smoothies in the metro! Their multiple large refrigerators at all their locations are always stocked full of so many well rounded, macro meals that taste incredible, leave you full, feature great prices and balance carbs, protein & fat. Super friendly staff, great upbeat atmosphere, opportunities to earn free meals and coupons are always given out! They are engaged in the community and true business leaders! If only more businesses were run like Fresh Fit Meals! 💯! 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

I’ve been loving Fresh Fit Meals lately. The meals are delicious, filling, and make busy days so much easier. What stood out most to me was their customer service, everyone has been incredibly friendly and helpful anytime I’ve had questions. Finding out they’re locally owned is also a bonus! Love supporting good local businesses, especially when the food is this good.
